This delivery model sits inside the broader services mix. Use it when reusable software is a better fit than pure advisory work or hourly technical support.

Assessment

Assessment is the fixed-cost service for establishing shared understanding of the business, systems, workflows, and data constraints before larger decisions or delivery commitments are made.

Software Development

Software Development covers scoped software, integrations, automation, and internal tools, including licensed product rights where reusable software is part of the delivery model.

Technical Service

Technical Service is hourly support across the service areas for technical writing, technical project management, RFP support, reviews, implementation help, and delivery problem-solving.

Open-source components are released where that improves transparency, portability, and implementation confidence.
Reusable accelerators can be licensed on a usage basis when a package includes proprietary implementation patterns, templates, or packaged application logic.
Deployment remains in the client environment or a partner-managed environment.
Hosting, operational management, and long-term managed infrastructure are explicitly out of scope.

Why This Helps

The client keeps architectural control. The delivery model stays compatible with agency procurement norms and team-based delivery arrangements. Reusable capability can still be packaged without turning the engagement into a hosted SaaS offer.
